Calm, Personalized Cat Behavior Help from The Cat Analyst
Cat behavior problems can feel overwhelming. My cat behavior sessions help you understand what’s causing the behavior and create a clear, realistic path forward.
Each behavior session is held virtually, allowing me to observe your cat in the environment where their behavior is most natural. Together, we’ll identify what’s causing the problem and create practical steps to restore calm and harmony at home.
I live this every day with my 15 rescue cats, and I understand how overwhelming behavior problems can feel. Let me help guide you and your cat toward a calmer home.
A Note About Follow-up Support
E-mail support is intended for brief questions, updates, and clarification related to the behavior concerns addressed during your consultation. It does not include ongoing case management by email or assessment of new behavior concerns.
If frequent or in-depth email support is needed, a follow-up consultation may be recommended so we can properly reassess your cat’s progress and next steps.
Should your cat’s situation change significantly, a new issue develops, or substantial time has passed since your prior consultation, a follow-up session may also be recommended.

Wondering How Virtual Cat Behavior Sessions Work?

Every cat and household is different, but these are some of the questions I’m most often asked before a session.
1. “What if I feel embarrassed about what’s happening in my home?”
Please don’t. Cat behavior problems are common, and I’m here to help, not judge. You don’t need a perfect home or a perfect explanation before we meet. Just tell me what has been happening, and we’ll work through it together.
2. “Can you really help me over a video call?”
Absolutely. In many cases, virtual sessions work even better because your cat is relaxed in their normal environment instead of reacting to a stranger in the home. I can observe your cat’s behavior, body language, and home setup in real time while helping you make practical changes during the session.
3. “How do I know which session plan is right for me?”

Some behavior issues improve quickly, while others need adjustments along the way. The Harmony Plan includes a follow-up session so we can review your cat’s progress, fine-tune the plan if needed, and address new questions that come up during implementation. You’ll also receive continued email support between sessions.
4. “My cat has had this issue for years. Is it too late?”
In most cases, no. Even long-standing behavior issues can improve with patience, consistency, and the right approach. We focus on understanding the root cause of the behavior and creating realistic changes that help your cat feel safer, calmer, and better understood.

5. “What happens after our session?”
After your session, you’ll receive a written behavior plan summarizing the recommendations we discussed, helpful resources tailored to your cat’s situation, and access to the session recording. Follow-up support is also available as you begin putting the plan into practice.
6. “Do you work with veterinarians?”
Yes. Because medical and behavioral issues can overlap, I may recommend veterinary follow-up when appropriate and provide notes you can share with your veterinarian.
